SERVICE CALL POLICIES

  • When an appointment is scheduled you will receive a “Service Window” (typically 2-3 hours).  Someone should be at the job site during that time.
  • You will receive a call when we are on the way to your job site with an Estimated Time of Arrival (if the previous job was in your area this may be a very short time). If there is no answer & we do not hear from you within 5 minutes your appointment will be canceled & will have to be rescheduled.
  • Our rate includes ONE HOUR of labor.  If your job is more difficult than the typical service call it may take longer and may cost more than originally anticipated.  For an idea of pricing please see “Services/Pricing” page.
  • Our rates are based on a tech driving to your job, troubleshooting the problem & time spent providing necessary service. Payment is due regardless of end result as Metro Detroit Drain can not be held responsible for broken/damaged piping or drains obstructed beyond the capabilities professional equipment.
  • BEST PRICING – our best pricing discount is available to all.  Customers who pay by CASH will receive $10 off for every $100 charged (excludes cost of parts).  A 5% discount (on labor) is offered to senior citizens regardless of payment type.  ONE DISCOUNT PER CUSTOMER
  • Paying with a credit/debit card will result in additional 3% charge (this is simply the fee we are charged to process your payment)
